#15 JUNO
Juno is a comedy-drama film directed by Jason Reitman and written by Diablo Cody. This film is about a young teenage girl, Juno, played by Ellen Page, who gets pregnant and agrees with her family and boyfriend Paulie Bleeker, portrayed by Michael Cera to give the baby up for adoption. Juno faces a lot of pressure to make the right decision for her and the baby. This movie is a great movie to watch with family and friends. It really teaches a lesson to young girls about being careful and using protection. I like how they didn't make Juno's pregnancy so dramatic they took the situation and made it fun to watch and they made Juno make the best of it. The writer didn't just make Juno have an abortion and that is a good thing because it's teaching young girls that you don't always have to take the easy way out. It really got me and my friends thinking what we would do if we were in Juno's situation and its sad to think about it because many teenage girls are getting pregnant at 15 and don't know what to do. Another reason why I like Juno is because its a movie girls can relate too and they can understand that there are other options if you don't want to keep the baby. I also like how Juno's family and boyfriend support her in her decision and I like how they didn't make her get rid of the baby. This movie is one of my favorite movies because every time I watch it I remind myself of the consequences of not using protection and that its not always as easy as it is for Juno in the movie. I really enjoyed watching Juno and I'm certain that so did every one else who watched it. Its such a funny film but its not like other comedies because this one teaches you a great lesson about life and decisions. I recommend every one to watch Juno and I guarantee that every one who watches it will enjoy it.
